Boudoir Photography Album - Wedding Gift for the Groom

This is a really great wedding gift idea for a groom the night before his wedding. It's a book full of boudoir images modeled by his soon to be wife. Here's a sample of what a recent bride allowed me share on my blog. By the way, I was given a very enthusiastic thank you from her groom - he LOVED the images, the book and the special way it was "delivered"!

Trash The Dress? Charlotte Wedding Photographer

Today on MSN I noticed the following story and slideshow documenting the trend of "Trash the Dress" Photo Sessions.  It's becoming more and more popular & I'm thinking, why not? It's another opportunity to wear the gown you'll most likely never wear again while having fun getting dirty and creative!

Take a look at the following link:   Trash The Dress Sessions Reported on NBC

If you're living in the greater Charlotte area, recently married or are about to be and have a wedding dress you're willing to "trash" - please contact me.  I'm interested in photographing (pro bono) a few of these post nuptial sessions...

Cheers!

Christie & Matt Wedding Rehearsal - Charlotte Wedding Photographer

Last Friday I had the pleasure of working with the amazing event planners of Rogers and Gala Creative Partners Sikky and Angela as well as their team of associates were on top of everything so Matt & Christie's families were able to enjoy and celebrate the entire evening without any worries! The decorations, food & drink selections, location Bentley's On 27 and live music were PERFECT! Additionally, I'm not sure if I've ever been as moved at a rehearsal dinner as I was this particular evening. Matt & Christie had several family and friends in attendance supporting their unity and sharing stories of their time together. The best story was Matt sharing his first experience in church with Christie and presenting a small "souvenir" he had kept from that date - tears were everywhere (which made it difficult to see thru the lens)! :)

Enjoy the photos!
